This course invites you to slow down and reconnect with the living world through a gentle, reflective practice using Ousi nature cards as doorways into stillness and self-inquiry. Each session begins with drawing a card, sitting quietly with its imagery, and letting it guide journaling. Open to all levels, the course cultivates presence, curiosity, and a deeper sense of belonging within the natural world and within ourselves and one another. No writing experience necessary!
